Ember & Stone opened in 2018 with a single idea: that the best dining experiences come from restraint. From knowing what to leave out as much as what to put in.
Every dish is built around the open fire — a wood-burning hearth that drives our menu from the first course to the last. Suppliers are chosen because we know their names, not just their postcodes.

The Stone Room seats up to 18 guests for private dinners, corporate evenings, and celebrations. A dedicated space, a bespoke menu, and no shared dining room.
We work with you to design a menu around your guests and the occasion. Wine pairings, canapé arrivals, and full service are all included.

We take reservations up to 8 weeks in advance. Parties of 7 or more, please call directly. We always hold a small number of walk-in covers at the bar.
